• General bookkeeping services via Sage or other accounting software (upon client request).
  • Process Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables  – enter invoices, generate payments.
  • Classify transactions and reconcile all bank accounts, Petty cash and Credit cards.   
  • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and financial summaries as needed- Income Statements, Balance Sheets and General Ledger.
  • Sales and Corporation tax – prepare reports, calculate tax, and process payments.  
  • Payroll – Process and set up integrations for payroll.  
  • Make recommendations and help set up new payroll services and/or time tracking systems.  
  • Business Licenses, Taxes, Fees, and Registration.
  • Business Consultancy and Best practices, Strategic advice.
